The Laughter Bus and Laughter Bus Tour is part of Laughter for Africa - a community project 'creating social change through laughter' in South Africa and is sold under Sanga Wellness Tours.

Tour Cost:
Price per person price based on double occupancy: R5100 ($570 or 420 Euros).
Single occupancy add R900 ($100or 75 Euros).

Once reservations have been confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to hold reservations. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to travel and 45 days for groups. Rates quoted in a foreign currency (e.g. USD) will be converted into ZAR at the applicable exchange rate at the time of payment.

Payment options accepted
Payment may be made by bank transfer into the Sanga Wellness account, the details of which will be provided on request.

All products represented are subject to availability at time of booking. Practical advice and details on dress, weather, etc, shall be provided after the reservations have been made. We love our business and it shows in our commitment to you, the traveler.

Cancellation Clause
* If cancelling any booking or part thereof up to 65 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
* If canceling any booking or part thereof between 50 days and 65 days there is a 50% cancellation fee.
* If canceling any booking or part thereof within 50 days travel, there is a 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees may also apply to additional services (including accommodations, independently supplied services, etc.) reserved prior to or during the tour.

We reserve the right to cancel the program due to lack of registration, labour unrest, illness, or for any reason. If we cancel, you would receive a refund of all monies paid to us.

Medical and Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly advised. You should be covered in the event of cancellation or curtailment, death, any medical or rescue expenses, as well as for any loss of baggage, money or personal items.

Tipping/Gratuities
Tipping and gratuities are not included in the cost of your safari/tour. You are welcome to tender an amount to the staff & guides. The average acceptable gratuity is 10% for services rendered.

Specials
Specials discounts of 10% to groups more than 8 people applies.

Variation
Sanga Wellness Tours may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Payment of the deposit to Sanga Wellness constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
