Virgin Active & Laughter Yoga

Laughter for Africa just completed another very successful Certified Laughter Yoga Leader Training (CLYL) in Johannesburg during June 2008.

What makes this training special is that the training was in conjuntion with Virgin Active, who is bringing laughter yoga into the gyms. Soon you will be able to attend a laughter yoga session at your local gym.

World Laughter Day Celebrations

Laughter for Africa celebrated World Laughter Day (4 May) on the 27th April – Freedom Day. This coincided with the Ubuntu Peace Torch Festival happening in and around Cape Town. What a great success - the crowds loved Laughter Yoga - all in the name of Peace through Laughter!

This event was at the Waterfront in Cape Town and was attended by approximately 1000 people
