Our online training is convenient and easy and you will take part in activities and presentations with your Laughter Yoga Trainer via online Skype calls and coaching. You will have access to our Student Portal for laughter news, video's etc.

Training Cost: R1850 ($235) (including all course material, laughter coaching, video and Laughter Yoga Leader certificate, etc.)

During this training you will:

* understand the need for Laughter Yoga in our modern society.
* learn the guidelines for a Laughter Session.
* learn the benefits of Laughter Yoga as well as the contra-indications.
* find out how to start and conduct a Laughter Club.
* learn how to market your own Laughter Yoga business, etc.

After successful completion of all the requirements and assessment of your competency, will receive a Laughter Yoga certificate and can call yourself a 'Laughter Yoga Leader'.
